PADAVU 2026 an annual programme where thousands of farmers across the width and length of the state gather on a single platform. Apart from the farmers, this event features a congregation of different stakeholders of the industry, people's representatives, policy makers, dairy professionals, technocrats, equipment manufacturers and suppliers of dairy and allied sectors. Enticing food courts will be an added attraction of the event along with the commercial stalls. Who Can Exhibit

  • The allotment of stalls are based on first come first basis as per the stall confirmation and payment. The organizer reserves rights to accept or reject the application form without assigning any reasons there of.
  • Exhibitors will be provided with amenities as per the stall specifications mentioned. Any additional requirements will be on extra payment. The additional requirements shall be communicated clearly in the registration form.
  • The Exhibitors should not indulge in reassigning or subletting any part of the space allotted to them to any others firms.
  • The exhibitors shall use the space allotted to them exclusively for the registered firm services or products mentioned in the registration form. Any display of products, services or banners of other firms should not be done in the space allotted for them..
  • The Organizer holds the full night to allocate and position the space as per the general layout in the general interest of the exhibition.
  • The Organizer shall not be responsible for the loss or damage to any property of the exhibitor or any other person caused by theft, Fire, Storm, lightning, National emergency etc.
  • Green protocol must be adhered to in the exhibition stalls.
